Cylindrical Roller Bearing

Single Row Full Complement Cylindrical Roller Bearing

Single row full complement cylindrical roller bearings have solid outer and inner rings and rib-guided cylindrical rollers. Since these bearings have the most significant number of rolling elements, they have extremely high radial load carrying capacity and rigidity and are suitable for particularly compact designs. Due to the kinematic conditions, however, they do not achieve the high speeds possible when using cylindrical roller bearings with a cage. Single row full complement cylindrical roller bearings are in the form of semi-locating bearings supplied in an open design.

As one of the cylindrical roller bearing manufacturers, suppliers, and exporters of mechanical products, We offer cylindrical roller bearing and many other products. Please get in touch with us for details.

Types of single row full complement cylindrical roller bearings

The standard assortment of single row full complement cylindrical roller bearings includes NCF and NJG design bearings. They are used to locate the shaft axially in one direction and eventually to accommodate axial displacement of the shaft relative to the housing in the opposite direction. Popular types of Single row full complement cylindrical roller bearings:

  • NCF 3004 CV
  • NCF 3005 CV
  • NJG 2305 VH

NCF design bearings

  • have two integral flanges on the inner ring and one on the outer ring.
  • Have a retaining ring in the outer ring, on the side opposite the integral flange, to hold the bearing together.

NJG design bearings

  • comprise the heavy 23 dimension series.
  • They are intended for very heavily loaded, low-speed applications.
  • Have two integral flanges on the outer ring and one on the inner circle.
  • The retaining round should not be loaded axially during operation. Have a self-retaining roller complement.
Therefore, the outer ring with the roller complement can be separated from the inner circle without taking special precautions to prevent the rollers from falling out. This simplifies mounting and dismounting.

Features of single row full complement cylindrical roller bearings

  • High load carrying capacity
Bearings without a cage incorporate a maximum number of rollers and are therefore suitable for weighty radial loads.
  • High stiffness
The increased number of rollers increases radial stiffness.
  • Separable and interchangeable
The separable components of single row full complement cylindrical roller bearings are interchangeable. This facilitates mounting and dismounting, as well as maintenance inspections.
  • Long service life
