Product features of CZPT angular contact ball bearing:
1. High-quality bearing materials:Â ZYS adopts ultra-clean steel, high purity high-carbon chromium bearing steel GCr15 from a well-known domestic manufacturer, which can extend the life of the bearing by 80%.
2. High quality bearing rolling elements:Â The bearing balls provided by CZPT have good product performance to ensure the optimal bearing configuration and smooth operation at high speed and quiet. CZPT has a complete process production line, from powder ultrasonic pre-dispersion, mixture mixing, spray drying granulation, near-net-size molding, cold isostatic pressing, GPS-HIP combined sintering process, high-precision grinding and processing, total quality inspection to packaging. CZPT has a comprehensive quality control system, quality identification of raw materials and auxiliary materials, quality control of mixed materials, quality control of pressing and sintering, and quality control of finished products.
3. More suitable bearing cage:Â ZYS mostly adopts bakelite cage, which can more effectively reduce the friction between metal and bearing balls and extend the life of the bearing. CZPT can also choose more suitable bearing cage materials according to customer requirements and bearing applications.
4. Advanced lubrication technology:Â ZYS uses high performance grease and advanced lubrication technology to extend bearing life and improve bearing performance.
5. Ultra finished raceways:Â ZYS uses special honing to minimize noise, improve lubricant dispersion and increase bearing life.
6. Contact angle: ZYS ultra high speed precision bearings usually use 15°and 25° contact angles.
7. Accuracy grade:Â ZYS can offer the high precision angular contact ball bearings with P2, P4A, P4 grade.

ZYS Deep groove ball bearings are suitable for high speed operation, and they are very durable without frequent maintenance. This kind of bearing has the characteristics of small friction coefficient, high limit speed, various sizes and forms; they are used in precision instruments, low noise motor, automobile, motorcycle and general machinery and other industries. It is 1 of the most widely used bearing in mechanical industry. It mainly bears radial load, and also can bear a certain amount of axial load. They have 4 available types: OPEN type (No shields), ZZ type (Metal shields), 2RS type (Contact rubber seals), 2RZ (Non-contact rubber seals).

The 313 series tapered roller bearings have large contact angles (27°~ 30°) and can withstand large axial loads. The contact angle of tapered roller bearings in other series is between 10°and 18°.
2. Double row tapered roller bearing
Double row tapered roller bearing has a pair of raceway outer ring and 2 inner rings, and a middle spacer between the 2 inner rings. The thickness of the spacer can be adjusted to adjust the bearing clearance. Double row tapered roller bearing can bear the bidirectional axial load while bearing the radial load. It can limit the bidirectional axial displacement of the shaft or shell within the axial clearance range of the bearing.
3. Four row tapered roller bearings
Four row tapered roller bearings adopt 2 double raceway inner rings, 1 double raceway outer ring and 2 single raceway outer rings, and there are spacers between inner ring and outer ring for adjusting clearance. It has similar performance with double row bearing: large radial load and low limit speed. Four row tapered roller bearings are mainly used for heavy machinery, such as rolling mill.

Spherical roller thrust bearings have good self-aligning properties and can compensate for the coaxiality error.Â
ZYS needle roller bearings

The needle bearing is roller bearing with a cylindrical roller, which is both thin and long with respect to its diameter. In spite of the smaller cross section, the bearing still has a high load bearing capacity. The needle bearing is equipped with thin and long rollers (roller diameter D ≤ 5mm, L/D ≥ 2.5, L means the length of the roller), therefore its radial structure is compact. When the inner diameter size and load capacity are the same as those of other types, the outer diameter is the smallest, which is particularly suitable for a support structure in which the radial installation size is limited.
This type of bearing has a radial needle and thrust full of ball, or with a thrust ball, or with a thrust cylindrical roller, or with the angular contact ball into one, can withstand unidirectional or two way axial load. Can also be designed according to the user’s specific structural requirements.
